At the beginning of the project evaluation, VPA is involved advising investors, executives, architects and builders about the definition of the variables that are critical making the construction meet the desired performance standards.
This advice helps design and construction decisions promptly consider aspects that will affect the project and the strength, safety and functionality of the work. These relate to determine geophysical demands, building materials, structural assembly conditions and impact on the total cost of architectural alternatives or elements to modify the natural responses of a structure, such as anti-seismic devices.
