BIM coordination

Over the last years, it has emerged an increasing interest in replacing the CAD systems by newer and more efficient technologies, due to the increasing complexity of construction projects and the time reduction for the projects’ design and coordination.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems were developed to integrate all systems and subsystems of a building (architecture, structure, equipment and others) into a single digital model, in an integrated and coordinated way. The BIM modeling and project coordination allows to visualize all disciplines prior to the construction process, detect early errors and thus achieve substantial savings in final costs.

Furthermore, BIM models not only include the graphical representation of the systems, but also the technical characteristics, so with this technology you can get information such as interferences, takeoffs, budgets, regulated surfaces, photorealistic images and even energetic or structural analysis.
